I am on Day 2. The smoothie was a lot better this morning. I put in a little less whey protein and 12 strawberries. Yes 12. It made it not so gritty. I have a little bit left for this afternoon. I did that because I want to be able to drink it when I start to crave something sweet (even though it's not sweet at all). No picutre of lunch. It was a 4 oz chicken breast and cauliflower/carrot soup. It sound disgusting. To my surprise....it wasn't. I LOVE IT!! I can't wait to eat it again. Yum yum and yum!
So last night my Aunt came over and we had our dinners together (with my boys) and then weighed our selves and took "before" pictures. Holly crap batman....I am huge. Looking at the picutres of me, I don't see my self as bad as the pictures are. I didn't realize that I have gained weight and I have back boobs. The muffin top that I have, has been in the over for way to long and has been over cooked. Well, I am hoping to stay with this. I know I can. I am going to be sexy with some hard work and lifestyle changes. LOVE IT!!
