You want a quick and healthy breakfast that you can make within minutes? Try this....
1. Dannon Natural Vanilla Yogurt
2. Fresh or frozen (but thawed out) fruit
3. Kellogg's frosted flakes (crushed)
You can make this a head of time for the kids or have the kids make them themselves. You can layer it and add as much ingredients to your taste. If your like me and like a little more vanilla taste add a small drop of vanilla extract to the yogurt. Enjoy!
